Well here we are,
at Niagara Falls, Canada. We left on Valentine's Day, it was quite a trip. What a beautiful site! This second picture is from our motel window. Quite a view, huh? It was a bright and sunny day for exploring, not quite as warm as we would have liked, but the sun was very warming. Here we are enjoying the sun and sites. The falls are amazing, there were a lot more people there than we thought would be. There was a lot to do. They had rides you could go on, buildings you could go to the top of and look down from. This 3rd picture is from our ride up on the Skylon. There was a rotating restaurant on the top. We also went down under the falls and saw it from that view. They have a casino and I had never been in one before, so of course we had to stop in there. Neither one of us are gamblers, but we thought we'd try beginners luck. Nope, we didn't even know how to get the machines to work:-) Needless to say, we didn't stay too long at the casino. We had a wonderful time together, seeing the sites and being away from home together. After two days there, we were on our way to Chicago! Look for that trip with more pictures tomorrow..
